Hi! I’m Ashleigh, and my academic background led me to the University of Hertfordshire, where I specialised in education for those with special needs and disabilities. This journey ignited my passion for making a positive impact in enabling those who require support.
After graduating, I pursued a career as a teacher, dedicating to helping students in Early Years achieving results to get into their Private schools. Witnessing my students transform from a place of uncertainty to one of self-belief and realisation of what they are capable of was the most rewarding achievement. However, my venture into the property industry began through the influence of family members deeply involved in this field. Throughout my life, I have nurtured a profound fascination for the art of transforming living spaces into inviting and comfortable homes. This passion found its roots in my upbringing, under the guidance of my aunt, who diligently managed her family-run property business, serving students and professionals for over two decades. Her creative flair and unwavering commitment to making spaces come to life with warmth and personality ignited my own spark on my own journey of interior design and investment.
Initially diving into the world of property I thought to myself that it isn't as straightforward as it seems to just ‘buying a property’. However, throughout our business's first year, we have discovered a variety of strategies that not only facilitate entry into property, but also demonstrate how property can be utilised to generate substantial cash flow.
With my background in education, passion for creating welcoming spaces, and exposure to property management has set the stage for my exciting new journey. I was ready to channel my experiences and skills into making every stay memorable for guests, whilst also having the desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Hi there, I'm Mariah, a BA Architecture graduate with a keen eye for the beauty and functionality of buildings. With over 5 years of experience in customer service and 2 years in sales, my journey into the property world has been both inspired and driven by my architectural background and my family's involvement in construction.
My interest in property was further ignited during my time in tech sales, where I delved into the world of product design, finding intriguing parallels with architectural principles. However, a company-wide redundancy ultimately propelled me to fully embrace the property realm.
Drawing on my architectural knowledge and a desire to make a difference, I discovered the Rent-to-Rent strategy. This game-changing approach opened doors for me to actively engage in the property sector without hefty initial investments, marking a pivotal moment in my career journey.
Today, we're proud to be partnered with the Social Housing Group and Finding My Palace. Through these collaborations, I continue to learn and grow, navigating the ever-evolving landscape of property investment.
